Defending champions Norway extended their impressive EHF EURO Cup winning streak, taking their 19th victory in the same number of matches. On Saturday, Ole Gustav Gjekstad’s side made it to the first ever EHF EURO Cup final, beating Hungary 27:23 in the semi at Bucharest. Henny Reistad (Norway) and Katrin Klujber (Hungary) were the most outstanding players of their sides in a match, in which the defending champions were never down, but had to fight until the end.
