Kosovo, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Belgium and Estonia are set to learn their opponents to start the road to the World Championship
The road for European teams to the 2027 IHF Women’s World Championship in Hungary begins in late October, with eight teams contesting Qualification Europe Phase 1, aiming to make it to the final qualification stage and ultimately the global event. The eight teams playing qualification phase 1 are Kosovo, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Belgium and Estonia — and they will learn their opponents on Tuesday when a mutli-competition draw event takes place at 11:00 CEST.
