CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL MATCHES FIXED!

The Men's Champions League Finals are alraedy set for 17:30 on Sunday 22nd April (1st leg) and Sunday 29th April (2nd leg).

Eurohandball.com spoke to the representatives from both Flensburg and Kiel after the
draw on 3rd April to see what their first reactions were.

Thorsten Storm: SG Flensburg-Handewitt
Well, we have not played any of our 2nd leg matches at home this season, so this draw was no different. Due to the fact that we are playing against Kiel we will have a lot of suppport from our home fans in Kiel too - I'm guessing about 1 000. We're looking forward to it. Winning the Champions League is the ultimate dream for us, Kiel have been after the title for a long time but so have we.

Uwe Schwenker: THW Kiel
The draw was in our favour, its obviously better to play the 2nd leg on home territory. We have injury problems at the moment so some luck has to be on our side. We are playing against each other 4 times in a row, which shows the quality of both teams. We want to win the Champions League title. I am sure both clubs will make use of their 10% ticket contingent and our fans will travel with us to Flensburg.
