Zagreb signs Slovenian player
Croatia Osiguranje-Zagreb may easily become protagonist in the upcoming Champions League season. The team has been completed with a very experienced Slovenian player, Branko Bedekovič. The former Slovenian national team player, who is leaving Gorenje Velenje after 5 years, signed a new contract with the Croatian club. At the age of 34, he is still in a good form playing on the left side of the attack and he also has a reputation of a good defensive player. He will wear jersey no. 15 in the team.
After signing Dzomba, Spoljaric, Jerkovic, Vori and Lazarov, Bedekovic is the last piece of Zagreb's mosaic. * Please note that at the time of publishing the article, the EHF Transfer Department could not yet confirm the transfer news of Branko Bedekovič. The transfer rumour comes from our journalist specialised in local handball news.
