After a good start of both teams, the score was equal at 11:11. Then home team started increasing the margin and they won the first half with score 15:12. In second half Norwegians also did not find solution how to stop Tadici's team who won comfortably 30:22. Meirosu scored seven goals for Oltchim. Grimsbo had 16 saves and sisters Snorroeggen scored five goals each.
For sure Romanian Champions will cause problems for all the opponents in Group D. Although they had to play qualifiers, Oltchim Valcea are favourites of their group with Viborg. Buducnost and Budapest Bank FTC will have an immense task to fight with Oltchim and Viborg – most probably the best teams of Europe at the moment. TEXT: Ivan Ambros |
