Zagreb's Domagoj Duvnjak is confident before the second leg in Kiel.

“See you in the semi-finals”

After first match in Zagreb, Domagoj Duvnjak was very satisfied with the superb support that they received from the fans. His message for them was: “See you in the semi-finals”.

The 20-year old middle back scored 41 goals this CL season. In his first CL appearance in 2006, Duvnjak scored 21 goals, while last season he scored 32. He is improving day by day, becoming an invaluable part of Croatia osiguranje Zagreb and of the Croatian national team.

Same as all Zagreb players, Duvnjak is confident and determined:

“For sure we can play much better in Kiel. We did not show all our cards yet.”

Great away statistics

The Croatian champions have carefully analysed the match. Their conclusion was that there is still space for improvement, but the draw against the CL finalist was a clear proof of Zagreb’s strength.

On Thursday, Zagreb will travel to Kiel with a clear objective – win or a draw with more then 28 goals.

Their away statistics gives additional motivation to the team of Senjanin Maglajlija and Mirko Bašić - Croatian Champions did not lose one single away match in this season.
