Zagreb sign Gyula GálAfter the final decision of EHF in the Frank Løke case (nine months suspension), the Croatian Champions reacted quickly and have found a replacement player. 33-year old line player Gyula Gál from MKB Veszprém KC is on his way to Zagreb. Bartol Kaleb, Club President of Zagreb Croatia Osiguranje officially confirmed the transfer: “We have signed a contract with Gál for one and a half years. The Hungarian international is a very experienced player and will be a great reinforcement for us. Our club was not the only one that tried to sign him. Three more clubs were after him, but we were the fastest“. TEXT: Ivan Ambroš |
