Injured Gajič leaves Zagreb

As he may not play any more this season, he is already off to his upcoming club.

Injured Gajič leaves Zagreb

HC Croatia Osiguranje-Zagreb and the Slovenian international Dragan Gajič agreed to take separate ways before the Champions League continues next week. Gajič is likely to stay in his home town of Celje for the rest of the season.

The right wing transferred to the Croatian Champions in September 2009 after the injury of Zlatko Horvat. He had a contract until the end of the season, but in between the recently finished European Championship in Austria and the start of the Champions League, both parties agreed to take separated ways.

The Slovenian national team player, who has already signed a contract with Celje Pivovarna Laško for the upcoming season 2010/11, will probably stay the rest of the competing year in Celje.

Gajič will focus on healing his injury from the EHF Euro 2010.
