Before the draw event for the EHF FINAL4 took place, the official press conference revealed some important updates to the biggest event of the year in club handball.

Handball fans from right across Europe and worldwide will make their way to Cologne, Germany for the event at the end of May 2010. Matches will be played in front of over 19,000 people in the LANXESS arena on Saturday 29 May at 15.30 (Semi-final 1), 18.00 (Semi-final 2) and on Sunday 30 May at 15.30 (3rd/4th Play Off) and 18.00 (EHF Champions League Final).

More tickets on Thursday

An additional 700 tickets for the EHF FINAL4, the final round of the EHF Men’s Champions League, are to be released on Thursday 6 May 2010 at 9.00 am (CET) via the EHF FINAL4 Ticket Shop and will be available in all categories.

Tickets are expected to sell out fast and handball fans are advised to book their place as soon as tickets are released via the Ticket Hotline + 49 221 8020.

EHF FINAL4 VIP experience

Enjoy good food and the very best service in our exclusive VIP Backstage Restaurant in the LANXESS arena with a seat in the VIP area. A three-course buffet, choice of hot and cold drinks and a VIP Parking Pass are all part of the package. VIP Boxes for 12, 14 and 16 people are also available and can be booked via the event’s official website.

As the EHF Champions League is for the first time being finalised in the EHF FINAL4 tournament, a brand new trophy has been designed for the winning team. The fascinating look of this work of art is kept secret and is planned to be revealed shortly before the games begin.
