No further sanctions for Aguinagalde and VoriThe EHF Arbitration Tribunal has dealt with the incident which led to the direct disqualification of Julen Aguinagalde Akuizu and Igor Vori during the EHF Champions League Quarterfinal 2nd leg game between Ciudad Real and HSV Hamburg that took place on 2 May 2010 in Spain. Based on the elements brought by the parties, the EHF Arbitration Tribunal decided that no further sanction beyond the direct disqualification shall be given to the two players for their conduct. Julen Aguinagalde Akuizu will be therefore eligible to play for Cuidad Real during the EHF Champions League Final4. TEXT: EHF |
