Polish champions KS VIVE Targi Kielce have ambitious goals for the upcoming season. Slawomir Szmal and Mirza Dzomba signed for Bogdan Wenta’s team. Additionally Michal Jurecki and Damian Kostrzewa were also announced as future players of Kielce.

Right winger Mirza Džomba joins the Polish team from Zagreb Croatia osiguranje. The 33-year old has had an impressive career: World Champion in 2003, Olympic gold medallist in 2004 and EHF Champions League winner with Ciudad Real from 2006.

World Handball Player of the Year 2009 Sławomir Szmal is moving back to his home country from German Bundesliga team Rhein-Neckar Löwen. "It was a decision I took together with my wife. We agreed that the time has come to take more care about our family. So we’ll return home." Szmal commented.

Left back player Michał Jurecki decided to leave Nettelstedt-Lübbecke to also join team of Bogdan Wenta. The 25 year old and 199 cm tall player will reinforce Kielce’s back line.

The Polish champions also signed the young wing player Damian Kostrzewa from league opponent AZS AWFiS Gdańsk.

Bogdan Wenta will gather his squad and start the preparations for the new season on 14 July 2010.
