Ambassador promotes VELUX EHF FINAL4 VELUX EHF FINAL4 Ambassador, Stefan Lövgren, was busy over the weekend, travelling from his home in Gothenburg, Sweden, to matches in both Flensburg and Kiel to spread the word about the VELUX EHF FINAL4, taking place in Cologne, Germany on 28 and 29 May 2011. The former star of the Swedish national team and German Bundesliga, arrived in Flensburg on Saturday to a warm welcome, despite his long and successful career with local rivals, THW Kiel, as home team SG Flensburg Handewitt took on HCM Constanta from Romania. Lövgren entered the court at half time and with two carefully aimed throws selected two-sets of lucky winners of tickets for the VELUX EHF FINAL4 from the 3500 crowd at the match. On Sunday, Lövgren, returned to his former home, Kiel, and was kept busy signing hundreds of autograph cards for Kiel fans, who still obviously miss their former star. Another half time appearance on court in front of 10,000 home fans, and two more lucky winners, who will be making their way to Cologne in May. Stefan Lövgren will be making more appearances at VELUX EHF Men’s Champions League matches throughout the season to promote the event and giveaway more VELUX EHF FINAL4 goodies. Keep an eye on the ehfFINAL4.com website for more information in the months ahead and to purchase tickets for the event. Congratulations to the first winners of tickets for next year’s mega handball event. TEXT: EHF |
