EHF Arbitration Tribunal decisionAs published earlier on Eurohandball.com, crowd disturbances occurred during the Men’s Challenge Cup Quarterfinal match between Partizan Dunav Osiguranje (SRB) and AEK Athens (GRE) on 26 March 2011. Paper rolls and small objects were thrown onto the court. The disciplinary commission of the EHF, the EHF Arbitration Tribunal, looked into the matter and decided to fine the club Partizan Dunav Osiguranje for the sum of 3,000 €. The second leg match, that was played in Greece on 02 April 2011, is still under investigation due to reported crowd disturbances during and after the match. Right to appeal In line with the EHF Arbitration Regulations, a statement of claim may be filed with the EHF Court of Arbitration within 21 days. TEXT: EHF |
