The first minutes were a head-to-head duel, but then the more determined Swedish players extended their lead to 8:5 and 11:7.
In the second half the intensity of Slovenia and Ana Gros' super 7 m executions (7/7) were enough to level the match to 22:22, but then Sweden increased the pace and turned Slovenian mistakes into a three-goal victory at the final buzzer.
Group 7
Switzerland – Ukraine 25:27 (14:15)
An exciting thriller in Kloten, with a happy ending for the visitors, who lead the group with eight points now after five rounds.
