62 participants from 29 nations arrive in the Austrian capital for second delegates' course.

Friday, 8 June 2012 saw the start of the second EHF Deleagte Training and Testing Course, at Gartenhotel Altmannsdorf, close to the EHF Office in Vienna.

The three-day course forms part of the European federation's new in-depth approach to the education and training of delegates and match officials.

A total of 62 participants from 29 nations arrived for the event, making a total of almost 150 officials from across Europe, who have taken part in the process.

Candidates for the new EHF delegate positions include a mix of current EHF delegates and new applicants.

The course will cover all aspects of the delegate’s role around the match including rules of the game and referee matters, regulations and also event management with a focus on marketing and TV as well as security management.
