The draw of the 2012/13 Women’s Cup Winners’ Cup will be the third draw of the five to take place.

On Tuesday 24 July 2012 at 11:00hrs (local time) five competitions will be drawn in the EHF Headquarters, Vienna (AUT). The draw decides which fixtures from the first two rounds played in all five competitions. It is a public event, which is free and open to anyone who wishes to attend.

The draw of the 2012/13 Women’s Cup Winners’ Cup will be the third draw of the five to take place.

The teams eliminated in the WOMEN’S EHF Champions League Qualification Round 2 continue in the Cup Winners’ Cup.

Procedure Round 2

In Round 2, 16 teams will meet in a knock out stage. The first leg will be played on 13/14 October, the second leg matches one week later on 20/21 October 2012.

Procedure Round 3

In Round 3, the eight winners of Round 2 go to pot 2. Twenty-four teams will meet in a knock out stage. The first leg will be played on 10/11 November, the second leg matches one week later on 17/18 November 2012.

Next steps

The 12 winners and the four third ranked teams from the WOMEN’S EHF Champions League Group Matches proceed to the next stage, the Last 16. The fixtures will be drawn on Tuesday 20 November 2012.
