Slovenia confident ahead of European qualification for 2013 World ChampionshipMarta Bon has already been announced as the new head coach for Slovenia’s women’s national team, but for the throw off of the qualification for the 2013 World Championship Play-Offs the squad will be led by assistant Uroš Bregar. Bon will join the team early next year as she is currently still coaching Switzerland’s national women’s team, another squad that is also aiming at qualifying for the World Championship Play-Offs. “I am not scared of this task. Why? I have been knowing these players for a long time, from the younger age categories and the club,” Bregar said. Slovenia’s women who did not qualify for the EHF EURO 2012 in Serbia want to advance to advance to the qualification’s next phase. All the Slovenian players are confident that they will be successful in Group against hosting nation, Netherlands, Austria and Israel. “Our playing system is set, so I am looking forward to the tournament," Bregar said
