Masson leaves Randers for Viborg
After five years in Randers HK, 34 year old Brazilian national team goalkeeper Chana Masson is going to leave the ruling Danish champions after this season. In stead, the experienced shot-stopper will be joining former three times Champions League winners Viborg HK on a three year contract.
"I also consider myself to be a winning player who works and trains hard too, and therefore I would like to play in the best possible team. I have been extremely happy with my five years in Randers, but right now I feel that Viborg can provide me with a better challenge,” Chana Masson said in an official statement.
"I am a rather special player who play a lot with my emotions. I am going to do that in Viborg too, and I hope that we can take the club to new heights together,” she added. TEXT: Peter Bruun / br |
