Matches of the week for round of last 16 confirmedCelje Pivovarna Laško vs HSV Hamburg and Füchse Berlin vs BM Atlético are the Matches of the Week for the VELUX EHF Champions League Last 16 broadcast by ehftv.com with English commentary by Tom Ó Brannagáin. For the first leg of the last 16 Tom will travel to Slovenia where Celje, winners of the EHF Champions League in 2004, will take on German side HSV Hamburg, that finished an impressive first in Group A ahead of Flensburg, Medvedi, and León. The match will throw off on Saturday, 16 March, at 16:15 hrs local time. For the second leg it is back north again for Tom as he heads to the German capital, Berlin, where he will commentate the match between local side Füchse and Spanish club BM Atlético Madrid. The exciting win against FC Barcelona Intersport in front of more than 13,000 spectators in Round 8 of the group phase will still be fresh on the Berlin players' minds when they take on the next Spanish opponent. However, Atlético Madrid, despite having finished just third in Group B with five wins and five losses, will be anything but an easy team to play for Füchse as the match between the German and the Spanish side is prone to be one of the many highlights of the VELUX EHF Champions League Last 16. Füchse Berlin vs. BM Atlético Madrid throws off on Sunday, 24 March, 18.00 hrs local time. The Matches of the Week include a free of charge live web stream on ehftv.com with English commentary by handball expert Tom Ó Brannagáin.
