The EHF photo team captured the action from the first leg match of the VELUX EHF Champions League Quarter-finals. Philipp Gülland was the official photographer at the match of the defending champions at Sparkassen Arena, Kiel, where the defending champions THW rally from a six goal deficit to win over MKB Veszprém KC by one goal.

A sold-out Sparkassen Arena in Kiel was the venue for the first leg clash.

How could we? This question will remain in mind of Carlos Ortega for several days
after his team let the victory over Kiel slip out of their hands.
