The face and voice of the VELUX EHF Champions League Tom Ó Brannagáin will provide his unique commentary from four different countries in the upcoming weeks.
After two highly entertaining matches in the first two rounds of the European top flight (Płock vs Kiel 33:34 and Veszprém vs Rhein Neckar 30:29) Tom's pilgrimage through handball shrines of Europe will carry on on Sunday, 13 October in Dunkerque as the French newcomer will try to grab their premiere points at the expense of the Danish side KIF Kolding København in Group B. One week later (Sunday, 20 October) MOTW will return to France for the long awaited clash between superstars of PSG Handball and FC Barcelona in Group C. After the national team break Tom will guide all viewers through the rematch of the last season's quarter-final between the defending champions HSV Hamburg and SG Flensburg Handewitt, their fierce local rivals from Northern Germany (Saturday, 16 November). For the last two matches in 2013 the ehfTV commentator will experience a hot atmosphere of two great Balkan derbies. On Sunday, 24 November the first ever Match of the Week between two rivals from one city will take place in Skopje's Boris Trajkovski arena as Vardar will face Metalurg. Just six days later (Saturday, 30 November) the 2004 winners Celje Pivovarna Laško will meet Croatia Osiguranje Zagreb in a "young guns" match of two traditional clubs from former Yugoslavia.
