Dunkerque releases RamboChristoffer Rambo has been released from his contract with Dunkerque HB Grand Littoral, the French club reported on Wednesday afternoon.
"We want to thank him for what he did with us, and we wish him all the best for the rest of his career," said Dunkerque coach Patrick Cazal, after making the news official. But with Pierre Soudry being a strong contender on his position, he wanted to play more in order to be ready for the EHF EURO 2014, in which he will be taking part with his national team. "I think everyone has his advantage in this situation," said Patrick Cazal.
"Christoffer wanted to prepare for the EURO by playing more, while we are looking for someone who might suit our style of play better." The next destination for Rambo, 24, is GWD Minden in the German bundesliga. TEXT: Kevin Domas / br |
