The launch of ticket sales coincides with the launch of www.ehfFINAL4.com as the online hub for all information related to the final weekend of the Women's EHF Champions League.

For many years the website has already been the point of entry for the VELUX EHF FINAL4, the season climax of the VELUX EHF Champions League.

Now a split screen on the entry page allows handball fans from all over the world to choose between the two top class events.

Similar to the website for the men's event, which is presented in English and German, all information on pages related to the women's event are presented in Hungarian and English.

Apart from all information related to ticket sales the website offers an up to date news section and information around the event, the hosting arena, Budapest as hosting city and a press section.

Further information will be added in the weeks and months to come.

Eight contenders for four places

Semi-finals will be played on Saturday, 3 May 2014, the third place match and the final will follow on Sunday, 4 May 2014. Playing times will be confirmed at a later stage.

All four semi-finalists have to book their places through the Women's EHF Champions League Main Round, which is played in six rounds between 1 February and 16 March.

After three rounds have been played WHC Vardar SCBT Skopje heads Group 1 with 5 points ahead of Thüringer HC on 4 points. In Group 2 defending champions Györi AUDI ETO KC ranks first with 5 points ahead of 2012 Women’s EHF Champions League winners Buducnost.

The two top ranked teams from each group will qualify for the Women's EHF FINAL4.

In the semi-finals the first ranked team from Group 1 will meet the second team from Group 2 and vice versa.
