The second qualification phase on the road to Poland and the Men’s EHF EURO 2016 throws off across Europe from Wednesday, 29 October 2014. The live schedule is: Wednesday, 29 October
FYR Macedonia versus Switzerland – 17:45 (*Not available live in FYR Macedonia) Thursday, 30 October France versus Czech Republic – 19:30 (*Not available live in France and Czech Republic) Saturday, 1 November Slovakia versus Sweden - 18:00 (*Not available live in Slovakia and Sweden) Sunday, 2 November
Austria versus Germany - 18:00 (*Not available live in Austria) All timings are local. Due to TV rights restrictions, live coverage will not be available in the countries listed above, the availability of live matches in selected markets may be subject to change. Live coverage for German fans of clash with Austria Handball fans in Germany can also look forward to live coverage of their team’s clash against Austrian on Sunday, 2 November from 18:00 hrs on ehfTV.com. The live stream with German commentary, from the Albert Schultz Hall, in Vienna will be available for all fans watching in Germany without restrictions. The match will be available to watch on the TV channel ORF Sport + in Austria. 28 teams playing for 15 places 28 national teams will compete over the next eight months for a place in the Final Tournament, scheduled to be played in the Polish cities of Gdansk, Wroclaw, Katowice and Krakow between 15 and 31 January 2016. Qualification will be played in seven groups of four teams with the top two and best-ranked third-placed team going through. The groups are:
