European Handball Federation publishes digital rulebook and exercise tool to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the minihandball philosophy

Happy birthday, minihandball

The European Handball Federation has published a digital rulebook for minihandball and a digital exercise tool to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the minihandball philosophy

Both the rulebook and the exercise tool are presented and feature Josy and Max, also known as the ‘Mini Winnies’, minihandball’s mascots.

The two online publications have been produced by the University of Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, a partner of the EHF.

Based on a concept by EHF Methods Commission member Juan Anton Garcia, the successful EHF Minihandball Philosophy, created in 1994, can now be viewed on the EHF website via a modern promotion and teaching tool for kids, teachers and minihandball leaders.
