NEWS REPORT: The upcoming Women’s EHF EURO 2014 is set to be streamed live and on-demand on the EHF’s video platform, ehfTV.com

All 47 matches from Hungary and Croatia will be available live with full English commentary as Europe’s top 16 women’s teams compete for the prestigious title.

The championship throws off on Sunday, 7 December with the Preliminary and Main Rounds to be played in the Hungarian cities of Györ and Debrecen and the Croatian cities of Varazdin, Osijek and Zagreb. The final weekend will be played in Budapest from 19 to 21 December.

Coverage of EHF EURO 2014 on the ehfTV platform complements the existing and extensive video content already available live and on-demand including the VELUX EHF Champions League, Women’s EHF Champions League and other European Cup competitions as well as selected EHF EURO qualification matches.

In addition to live streaming and on-demand coverage, the channel will carry all the latest video news reports and features, offering behind-the-scenes reports and exclusive interviews throughout the event.

The channel is available now on ehfTV.com.

Handball fans will also be able to stream the two-week event on their mobiles and tablets via the EHF EURO 2014 Official App, which is to be launched on Thursday, 27 November 2014. The app will be available for both iOS and Android devices.

The latest news and information as well as the championship live blog will be available on the official website – ehf-euro.com. Coverage will also be available across the major social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

*Due to TV rights restrictions streaming on ehfTV.com will not be available in selected markets including Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Matches of the home national team will not be available in France, Slovakia and Romania. These restrictions may be subject to change
