Registration starts for 2015 EHF Club Management Seminar

The EHF Club Management Seminar series goes into its fourth year with registration starting for the 2015 edition which is titled "The Digital Fan – Community and Marketing".

The course takes place from 28 to 30 May in Cologne. For an additional fee participants also have the possibility to attend the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in the city’s LANXESS arena on 30 and 31 May.  

The deadline to register for the seminar is 29 March 2015. It will feature prominent key note speakers from fields such as sport and media management, sport universities, different German team sport leagues and clubs as well as the EHF Media and Communications Department.

The panel includes Dr. Stefan Walzel (German Sports University Cologne), Axel Sierau (Sport Management GmbH), Mario Leo (RESULT Sports) and Dr. Holger Preuss (Gutenberg University Mainz).

The topics will range from digital marketing, digital monitoring and digital value aimed at fans and sponsors.

EHF Club Manager licence

For all participants it is furthermore possible to obtain the EHF Club Manager Licence if they register for the blended learning programme.

This means that they register for the programme and undertake an e-learning seminar prior to the club management.

This e‐learning module focuses on EHF European Cup regulations, EHF European Championship Qualification regulations, EHF Event Management in general as well as media management and social media in particular.

Successful participants who have passed the e-learning module and have also attended club management seminar will be issued the EHF Club Manager Licence.

Access to the e-learning module is also possible for participants of the 2012, 2013 and 2014 EHF Club Manager Seminars.
