NEWS REPORT: Professional and scientific experts will gather in Vienna on 17 and 18 November for the fourth edition of the EHF Scientific Conference


Focus on the players' environment at EHF Scientific Conference 2017

"Scientific approach to the player's environment - from participation to the top" is the guiding headline for the fourth edition of the EHF Scientific Conference taking place in Vienna on 17 and 18 November 2017.

The conference's goal is to bring professional and scientific experts together in order to reflect on all aspects related to the player’s environment, from a health science and training science perspective as well as in terms of technology support.

Furthermore it is the aim to continue the acquisition of knowledge about medical aspects of handball.

The conference topics are the player's health and social environment on the amateur level as well as in professional indoor and beach handball. A special focus will be on players’ equipment issues.

The deadline for registration is 8 September 2017. The participation fee is 50 euro.

For participants interested in submitting an article, the deadline is 16 October 2017. The corresponding abstract should already be submitted by 30 June. Guidelines for the submission can be downloaded below.
