Pots for Last 16 draw revealed

DRAW PREVIEW: The defending champions RK Lokomotiva Zagreb will be seeded in Pot 1 at the Tuesday’s draw at the EHF Office in Vienna.


Pots for Last 16 draw revealed

Only two days after the Round 3 conclusion in the Women’s Challenge Cup the last 16 teams in the competition will learn names of their new hurdles as the draw will be carried out at the EHF Office in Vienna on Tuesday 21 November at 11:00 hrs local time.

The defending winners RK Lokomotiva Zagreb together with the 2016 trophy holders Rocasa Gran Canaria ACE will be seeded in Pot 1 alongside six more teams.

The draw will be streamed live on EHF’s Facebook page and on ehfTV youtube channel. There will be also a live ticker on www.eurohandball.com and live coverage on @ehf_live Twitter. There will be no country protection in the draw, what means that teams from the same country can face each other.

First leg matches of the Last 16 will be played 3-4 February 2018, the reverse fixtures will follow one week later.

The Challenge Cup draw will be followed by drawing of the lots for the Women's U20 World Championship Qualification Europe on Tuesday.
