Young referees will whistle matches at European Universities Games 2018The Portuguese city of Coimbra is the host of the European Universities Games 2018 and ten pairs of young referees have been nominated by the European Handball Federation to whistle the event’s handball matches. Group matches are played from Saturday to Monday (14 to 16 July); from 17 to 19 July the knockout rounds are being played. The referees nominated are
The referees’ programme starts with a referee conference including a physical & theoretical test on Friday. Furthermore, the following officials have been nominated to examine and assess the performances of the referees and to guide them through the event.
