Court of Appeal reduces penalties for Kielce and PlockThe Court of Appeal has reached decisions in proceedings brought by the Polish clubs of Orlen Wisla Plock and PGE Vive Kielce following sanctions imposed by the Court of Handball in first instance. The cases relate to the repeated non-affixing of the VELUX EHF Champions League’s premium sponsor’s logo on the left sleeve of the players’ sleeves.
The club Orlen Wisla Plock filed three appeals against first instance decisions whereby fines of €12,500 were imposed each time for the same type of violation. TEXT: EHF / br |
