GROUP B The home crowd understood what was at stake in the last round of the EHF Cup as a packed arena awaited the sides in Hannover for the Group B match. Antonio Carlos Ortega Perez’s squad started off in control of the match with great efficiency in defence. Goalkeeper Martin Ziemer was in great form for the German side. Hannover’s Timo Kastening was seemingly unstoppable as he scored three goals in just 18 minutes, and only 60 seconds later Cristian Ugalde Garcia increased their lead with an in-flight goal.
