Györ did not let Rapid Bucuresti create yet another surprise in the EHF Champions League Women and secured their fourth straight win in the competition. Ambros Martin's team were struggling in the first half, clearly missing a few players and others not being at their best. However, the second half performance delivered another win even though Rapid Bucuresti never gave up, pushing until the end and reducing the gap.
