Five federations express interest in hosting Women’s EHF EURO 2026

NEWS: A joint bid from Czech Republic & Poland, plus bids from Spain, Romania and Türkiye are in the running for the 2026 event

The European Handball Federation has received an expression of interest from five of its member federations to host the Women’s EHF EURO 2026 after the Executive Committee decided at its June meeting that holding the event in Russia, the championship’s original hosts, will not be possible.
