The European Handball Federation’s ‘Respect Your Talent’ (RYT) programme, which supports young talents in professionalising their handball careers, is digitalising in a bid to further support programme participants. Alongside the programme's established physical formats, including annual camps for players identified in the summer’s Younger Age Category events, the digitalisation of RYT is taking centre stage in the EHF’s ambitions. This digitalisation is manifested in the form of two new activities: the RYT App, and the so-called "Ambassador Sessions”. TEXT: European Handball Federation |
