Neagu to bid farewell at end of 2024/25 season

NEWS: Seven-time EHF Champions League Women All-star Team left back and three-time top scorer Cristina Neagu has announced her retirement for after this season

All-time top scorer of the EHF EURO, the only person ever to be named IHF World Player of the Year four times, one of just four players in the “club of 1,000” in the EHF Champions League Women — these are just a few of the highlights of the enormous career that Cristina Neagu has lived. And now, handball gets ready to say goodbye to the left back, as she has announced her retirement for the end of the season.
