FEATURE: The Danish star tells us about her remarkable career on the sand in her own words, which is just a part of her fascinating young life

Starting your beach handball career with a gold medal is not something many experience, but that is how it was for Denmark's Line Berggren Larsen, who kick-started her international career by winning the gold medal at the EHF Beach Handball EURO 2019.

Since then, the talented Dane has earned the MVP award at both the 2024 Beach Handball World Championship and the EHF Beach Handball Champions Cup 2023, the latter of which has the next edition approaching fast — throwing off in just 22 days in Porto Santo, Portugal.

Berggren Larsen has become a regular in national and international matches, while her daily life brings plenty aside from sand and handballs.
