Round 3 set after high-scoring weekend, Olympiacos survive

REVIEW: Round 2 of the EHF European Cup Men concluded this weekend, with a total of 28 teams joining four teams who had already qualified for round 3

An intense weekend of round 2 action in the EHF European Cup Men ended with 28 teams joining SSV Brixen Handball, Handball Westwien, Pfadi Winterthur and Runar Sandefjord in round 3 of the competition. Among these teams are last season’s EHF European League participants HC Alkaloid, HC Lovcen-Cetinje, and AEK Athens HC, as well as former EHF Champions League winners RK Celje Pivovarna Laško.
