Vori: “Progress and growth don’t happen overnight”

FEATURE: Igor Vori returned to his childhood club Sesvete as coach and is taking pride in his players’ hard work

The EHF European League Men 2024/25 season is a historic one for Croatian handball: For the first time, two clubs are competing in the group matches: MRK Sesvete and RK Nexe. While Nexe are well-known contenders who made it to the EHF Finals in 2022, the team from Sesvete emerged on the scene with a young Croatian squad, eager to gain new experience led by Igor Vori as their seasoned head coach.
