Switzerland's Master Plan: Capitalising on EHF EURO momentum to drive development

Now into the second year of their Master Plan project, Switzerland target further growth in women’s and children’s handball

2024 saw a crucial period of development for Swiss handball, as Switzerland were one of the co-hosts of the Women’s EHF EURO and the national federation’s Master Plan project kicked fully into gear in what was the first full year of activity. Due to the hosting of the EURO, several of the Master Plan initiatives were in some way related to promotion of the championship and women’s handball, while serving long-term development in tandem.
