2006/2007 Women’s Champions League Final Match (1st leg)
RUS HC "Lada Togliatti" versus DEN Slagelse DT

Vienna, 14th May 2007 –  Slagelse DT/DEN lodged a letter of protest with the European Handball Federation prior to the Women’s Champions League Final Match (1st leg) on 13th May 2007 requesting to postpone the match in question, due to the fact that player Carmen Lungu was not permitted to enter Russia upon arrival in Samara because of entry formalities.

The match took place as scheduled. In accordance with the Champions League Regulations, the club has until Tuesday 15th May 2007 17:00 (48 hours after the match) to enter an official protest against the result of the match. The EHF will contact the club in writing concerning the matter.
