EHF Men’s Champions League signs partnership agreement with Jack & Jones

Vienna, 9 September 2009 – EHF Marketing GmbH, marketing arm of the European Handball Federation, has signed a partnership agreement with Jack & Jones, a leading men’s fashion brand, for the 2009/10 season.

“We are very happy to sign a deal with Jack & Jones. The EHF Champions League is highly attractive for the young adult generation with its immense energy and spectacular action. Jack & Jones shares similar values and we are confident that this partnership will prove successful for both parties," says Peter Vargo, EHF Marketing Managing Director.

Jack & Jones is also pleased with the agreement: “We can use this sponsorship to promote our sports line. We recently launched Jack & Jones Premium Tech which targets active and sporty guys. Handball is energetic and powerful and that’s why it only seems natural for us to team up with the EHF Champions League,” says Per Strandbygaard, Marketing Manager for Jack & Jones.

The agreement means that Jack & Jones will be present in handball arenas across Europe throughout the 2009/10 EHF Men’s Champions League. The company will not only get advertising space on and around the arenas, but also a range of promotional possibilities during the matches. In addition, Jack & Jones will be part of every event related to the EHF Men’s Champions League.
