Buducnost prepare with confidence

Buducnost T-Mobile are back in the race for a main round ticket after the Montenegrin champions won a crucial game in Copenhagen last weekend.

The team of Gyula Zisga played an excelent game in Denmark and showed that they didn’t forget playing handball.

“Except for us, I don’t think many people believed in our victory in Denmark. We prepared well for that game practicing different types of defence and attack. I was especially satisfied with leading right from the beginning until the end.

“However, the victory in Denmark will not have any value if we fail to beat Dinamo at home on Saturday. The game against the Russians will be more difficult then the one against FCK because we had nothing to lose in Denmark. On Saturday we can lose both points that we gained in Denmark,” coach Zsiga said.

Buducnost have equal points with Dinamo and FCK in Group D. Larvik are leading with six points. The Montenegrins can still reach the next round, but for that they must not lose more points.

“We badly needed those two points in Denmark. Nowe we have to forget about that game, because we will have a very difficult match against Dinamo on Saturday. We want to take revenge for the defeat in Volgograd (31:18) and the recipe is simple: we have to repeat our performance from a week ago.

“We must fight for every ball, show strength in defence, stay disciplined and calm. We must not worry about the result during the game, because it’s important to get the two points at the end of the game,“ Katarina Bulatovic added. The key player of Buducnost was in top form a week ago; her goals could be cruicial again.
