The right to organise the Women’s 19 ECh 2011 qualification tournaments was awarded to the teams drawn into row 2. As teams which were awarded with the right to organise the 2009 Women’s 19 European Championship qualification do not have the right to be the organiser again, this gives us the following right holders:
Group 1: Serbia, Group 2: Switzerland (as Germany was the organiser the last time), Group 3: Estonia (as Sweden was the organiser the last time), Group 4: Israel, Group 5: Ukraine, Group 6: Bulgaria
If the national teams in row 2 of each group decline to organise the tournament, the right is passed on to the teams in row 3, then row number 1 and finally row 4.
The eight tournaments will take place on 22 – 24 April 2011, the final tournament is played in the Netherlands on 4 – 14 August 2011.
