Arbitration Tribunal examining Swiss protest

A protest has been lodged by the Swiss Handball Federation regarding the EHF EURO 2012 Qualification match (Qualification 2, Group 7, Round 1) between Russia and Switzerland, which took place in Chekhov, Russia, on 27 October 2010.

The game ended with a 36:34 (15:14) victory for Russia. The protest concerns player substitutions in the last minutes of the game.

As a consequence, proceedings have been initiated by the Arbitration Tribunal which will be dealing with the case.
