Delegate training course in Vösendorf

The EHF is hosting the first of two EHF Delegate Training and Testing Courses in Vösendorf, close to Vienna, from 11 to 13 May 2012.

A total of 87 participants from 37 member nations are attending the course, which forms part of the EHF’s new in-depth approach to the education and training of delegates in the future.

Candidates for the new EHF delegate positions include a mix of current EHF delegates and new applicants.

The course will cover all aspects of the delegate’s role around the match including rules of the game and referee matters, regulations and also event management with a focus on marketing and TV as well as security management.

A second course will take place from 8 to 10 June 2012, with a second group of participants.
