End of the road for six more teams

Every afternoon the European Handball Federation publishes a brief summary of the stories that have gone online on the EHF EURO 2012's dedicated website ehf-euro.com. This is the summary from the past 24 hours.

The 2012 Women's EHF European Championship in Serbia (4 to 16 December) is well underway, and as the tournament progresses, the number of stories on the host nation and the 16 participating teams steadily increases.

Semi-finals and placement match confirmed
Norway were confirmed as winner of Main Round Group I, and will face Hungary (runners-up in Group II) on 15 December in the Kombank Arena in Belgrade. This duel brings a brilliant link as current World Handball Player of the Year, Heidi Löke, will play against her partner, Norwegian-born Hungary coach Karl-Erik Böhn, her former coach at Larvik and Györ. Serbia vs. France in quotes
Following Serbia's 18:17 win against France which secured the host nation a ticket to semi-finals of EHF EURO 2012, ehf-euro.com talked to several players of both teams. Here is what they said:
