The EHF and the LANXESS arena are prepared
The weather will not stop the party – VELUX EHF FINAL4 opening will take place in all weathers
For the first time the VELUX EHF FINAL4 will commence with a big opening party gathering fans, teams, Cologne’s traditional band “Bläck Fööss” and many other attractions.
3,000 tickets have already been sold for the event which takes place at the LANXESS arena on Friday (31 May) evening between 6pm-8pm.
On the verge of the big handball weekend in Cologne anticipation for the handball festival of the year is rising.
Even if the weather does not cooperate, the organisers are well prepared. Nothing will get in the way of the fantastic programme though as fans from all over the world can look forward to 'living' handball – presentations of participating teams, podium discussions with handball VIPs as well as being able to see the VELUX EHF FINAL4 trophy up close.
Jenna Hoff, Nathalie Dorra and Ole Soul, from “The Voice of Germany” will rock the stage with live music while the German beatbox vice champion Robeat will prove his skills in acoustical acrobats.
The great finale of the party will be a one-hour concert from Cologne’s traditional band “Bläck Fööss”.
