EHF reschedules EHF EURO 2016 qualifier between Russia and Ukraine
The European Handball Federation has decided to reschedule the EHF EURO 2016 Qualification match between Russia and Ukraine, originally scheduled for 29 October 2014 in the Russian city of Chekhov, because of the political situation between the two countries concerned.
The match will now take place on Tuesday, 28 April 2015 in Russia at venue which is to be defined.
This date is part of the second playing period for the EHF EURO 2016 Qualification with Rounds 3 and 4 being played from 29 April to 3 May.
The EHF has announced that it would support both federations should they come to a common agreement to play, for example, a few days earlier and hence not within the national team week anymore.
