Czech Republic beat hosts, will face Austria in the final
The penultimate day of action in Podgorica saw the host nation comprehensively beaten by Czech Republic while Austria beat Latvia clearly as both winning sides prepare to face each other in the final tomorrow.

Czech Republic vs Montenegro 25:13 (7:6)
In the first semi-final it was disappointment for the hosts Montenegro as they could only score six first half goals, with the Czech Republic going into the break ahead by one (7:6). In the second half they could only score seven times, compared to the 18 Czech goals as the home nation lost by 12.
Austria vs Latvia 30:21 (16:7)
Latvia had no answer to the firepower of Austria in the second semi-final, as the Austrians registered 13 different scorers in their 30:21 win with their opponents seeing two players receive red cards.
Cross Matches 5-11
In the 5-8 round, Turkey beat Kosovo by 10 goals (28:18), while Netherlands defeated Slovakia 32:26. Bulgaria came from behind to beat Georgia 27:25 in the 9-11 round with the Georgians ending their campaign in last place, 11th.
Firing into the net
Moldova’s Roman Dodica remains the best goalscorer in Podgorica, with 52 goals, leading Daviti Koriauli from Georgia, on 50 strikes.
Next steps
Tomorrow, Turkey play Netherlands for 5/6 place, 7/8 place will be between Kosovo and Slovakia, while Bulgaria and Moldova battle it out for 9/10 place.
Hosts Montenegro will look to claim the bronze medal in their 3/4 place match against Latvia ahead of the final between Czech Republic and Austria at 7pm local time.
